Day 6: GI Punch Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Day 6:

Blend bunch spinach leaves & kale leaves (1-2) in water first  (then celery, then fruit) I use a Rocket or Bullet Blender. And use Organic ingredients.

– Filtered water

– 1 Celery stalk

– 1 large Kale or Silverbeet Leaf ripped off the stalk

– A handful or two of fresh spinach leaves

– A small bunch of parsley

– Banana

– A handful frozen or fresh Blueberries

– 1 Passion fruit pulp (optional)

– 1 Tspn Flax seed oil or Krill Oil

– 2 or 3 scoops of Protein Powder

– 1 dessert spoon of Mila Chia Seeds or 2 tspn Flax seed powder
