Day 7:
Green-Power Juice
– 1.5 to 2 Green Apples in Juice Extractor or Blender/Extractor (Ladyship, Vitamix…)
– 1.5 large Kale or Silverbeet leaves
– 1 Celery stalk including leaves
– 1/2 to full Lemon
– 2-4 slices of Ginger
– Bunch of Parsley
– Filtered water
