“Your Life Your Body” Brings you an unique Corrective-Exercise Fitness Class!

  • Designed and run by an Exercise Physiologist, so you know your technique and posture are always going to be great and re-inforced.

  • Sessions use free-weight equipment, foam rollers and body-weight exercises via Interval Training, Posture & Core sessions and Metabolic training… to get you results!

  • Signing up for 1 session per week, in a month block at a time, YOU will be committed to your success!

  • Address all your fitness concerns every week: Stronger & looser back and neck, stronger core, better knees & other joints, injury management, better posture, bodyweight management, better balance, cardio & flexibility.

  • To ensure better success and safety, you’d benefit from booking a 1on1 session initially, to learn how to correctly perform the major moves and to engage your core with good posture. This will allow your following classes to be highly effective and safe.

  • Be part of a fun, social bunch, working towards similar goals!

  • Enjoy training under-cover in the open air!
