I’m Jodie Hopkins
B.Sc. AEP, CES.

I have been helping people to look, move and feel better for 3 decades through Exercise Physiology and my enthusiastic support. I love teaching you how to train smarter not harder, making things appropriate for you, and using the feedback from your own body.

I’m an Amazon published author and have earned a regular segment spot in Perth’s 6PR Radio Talk-back on exercise, nutrition, health and rehabilitation. I have also written articles for magazines and newspapers such as Women’s Health Magazine and the West Australian, and have presented at workshops and conferences. I lived overseas for 16 years, and have done adventure races, Busselton Ironman, summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, and trekked to Mt. Everest Basecamp.

Using corrective exercise and health management strategies, I help people to feel better and to move with more ease, strength and freedom. I love to make workout sessions fun, and like to explain things so you can easily relate and understand.
